2. About This Site
BridalShowsATX.com is a bridal show and wedding expo directory serving the Austin DMA, San Antonio DMA, and Texas Hill Country. It is operated by Weddings By Wendi, a wedding planning and photography company based in Austin, Texas.
The Site provides a searchable calendar of bridal shows, wedding expos, and venue open houses. Event listings are sourced from public organizer websites and direct submissions. Listings marked as "unclaimed" have not been verified with or approved by the event organizer.
3. Listings & Featured Partner Program
BridalShowsATX.com offers one paid listing tier: the Featured Partner listing. Featured Partner listings are available to bridal show organizers, wedding expo producers, and wedding venue operators hosting events in the Austin and San Antonio DMA.
A Featured Partner listing includes:
- Event name, venue name and address, date, time, and event description
- Direct link to your ticket page, RSVP page, or event registration
- Priority placement above unclaimed listings in the calendar
- Pink "Featured Partner" badge on the listing card
- Inclusion in Google-indexed Event schema (schema.org/Event)
- Citation in the site's llms.txt for AI search engine visibility
BridalShowsATX reserves the right to decline, remove, or modify any listing at its sole discretion, including listings that contain inaccurate information, are associated with cancelled or fraudulent events, or violate these Terms.
Unclaimed listings — events pre-listed on the calendar without organizer verification — display only the event name, date, and general location. Organizers may claim and upgrade unclaimed listings at any time by contacting [email protected] or submitting through get-listed.html.
4. Payment & Refunds
Featured Partner listing fees are charged per event listing. Current pricing is available at bridalshowsatx.com/get-listed.html. All prices are in US dollars.
Refund policy: Listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been published on the Site. If your event is cancelled before your listing is published, contact
[email protected] within 48 hours of payment to request a credit toward a future listing.
In the event that BridalShowsATX is unable to publish your listing due to an error on our part, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
5. Content Standards
By submitting a listing or inquiry, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You agree not to submit listings for:
- Events that are cancelled, indefinitely postponed, or fraudulent
- Events that have already occurred at the time of submission
- Events located outside the Austin DMA, San Antonio DMA, or Texas Hill Country without prior approval
- Any purpose that violates applicable law
BridalShowsATX reserves the right to edit listing descriptions for clarity, grammar, and consistency with site style — without altering the factual content of the listing.
6. Accuracy of Information
BridalShowsATX makes reasonable efforts to verify event dates, venues, and organizer information before publishing listings. However, event details — including dates, times, venues, ticket prices, and organizer information — are subject to change by the event organizer without notice.
BridalShowsATX is not responsible for inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete event information. Couples are encouraged to verify event details directly with the organizer before purchasing tickets or making travel arrangements.
Organizers with active listings are responsible for notifying BridalShowsATX of any changes to their event details by emailing [email protected].
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
BridalShowsATX.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BridalShowsATX does not guarantee:
- A specific number of clicks, impressions, leads, ticket sales, or event attendees from any listing
- Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site
- That search engine rankings or AI citations will result from any listing
- The accuracy of third-party event information listed on the Site
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BridalShowsATX and Weddings By Wendi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or any listing, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, or lost business opportunities.
BridalShowsATX's total liability for any claim arising from a Featured Partner listing shall not exceed the amount paid for that listing.
